The Old Hat offers sensory and physical accessibility options in the Shop to accommodate our folks with unique needs, or for those who are specifically seeking a very intimate experience.

If your required accommodation is not listed or we have missed something and need to improve please reach out via email and we will do our best to make the Old Hat the shop for you.

In order to remain affordable and accessible to all folks, we have added sliding scale Sundays to the schedule.

Cancellation & Deposit Policies

The Old Hat requires a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.

For Salon bookings there is a cancellation fee of 25% for appointments that are cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice.

For Barbershop bookings there is a cancellation fee of 50% for appointments that are cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice.

The Old Hat requires a 20% deposit for all colour corrections & services that are more than 3 hours.
